Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Delivery Information
- The delivery date given is an estimate, please allow up to 10 working days for your purchases to arrive at your door.
- Xclusive Imports will deliver your goods once a payment of cleared funds has been successfully received from you, the customer.
- Any goods not delivered or collected successfully within two months of your order date will be cancelled and subject to a 20% handling charge.
- If you, the customer, wish to change the details of the billing address given at the time of ordering, please allow 10 working days before your scheduled delivery, to contact us.
- If the billing address provided by you, the customer, is outside UK mainland, then additional taxes and duties may be levied on the goods as they arrive in your country. These additional costs are to be absorbed by you, the purchasing customer. For more detailed information on the varying import taxes and duties specific to your country, we recommend you contact your local customs office.
- If you specify your purchased goods to arrive in separate installations, then please be aware this may incur additional charges for shipping.
- Palletised deliveries will be delivered as close as possible to the front door, in the exception where the door to your residence is inaccessible our delivery drivers will leave the pallet of goods as close as physically possible to your doorway.
- Xclusive Imports recommend that you have at least one able bodied person available at the time of delivery to help the driver with the unloading of heavy or bulky products off of the delivery vehicle.
- Once the purchased products have been delivered, responsibility for said products transfers from Xclusive Imports to you, the purchasing customer.
- Xclusive Imports take no liability for any delay in our products reaching their destinations, for reasons beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to natural disasters, war, fires, flood, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil unrest, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions, or similar events from the ones already mentioned.
- Xclusive Imports take no liability for any failure in telecommunication service providers, or their acts, omissions, equipment or networks.
Refunds, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
- Please ensure that you thoroughly inspect the delivered goods for faulty or incorrect items before signing for them, if however something is wrong with the shipment in terms of correctness or faultiness, we will offer you a complete refund or replace the goods free of charge.
- Please ensure that if you are returning a faulty or incorrect item after the delivery date, that the item(s) in question are returned to us within 28 days of your original delivery date. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
- Please ensure that any returned item comes back to us in it's original packaging and in a re-sale able state, unless damaged during the delivery process.
- Please note that items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- If you wish to cancel your existing order with Xclusive Imports please notify us via telephone or email, between 10 working days prior to your original scheduled delivery date. Cancellation notifications submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
